I did it. I really started it!
Today was day 1 of my 30 day shred.
Honestly, during it. I thought it was the end of the world….an hour out of it – “it wasn’t so bad….” LOL
Short term: fit into my uber-cute skirt on Mother’s Day
Long term: Tone my “mommy belly” (gross) and other parts that have change since becoming a mommy & get into a regular routine of working out.
There. Hold me to it. 🙂
